📋 Description

Join Engine team to own Workato Recipe runtime (Ruby/Go)
Design distributed systems with performance and resilience
Build/troubleshoot Ruby and Go apps; create microservices
Integrate Postgres, S3, Redis, Kafka, ClickHouse
Contribute across full dev lifecycle; code reviews
Provide technical leadership and cross-team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

7+ years building scalable distributed backend systems
Deep understanding of distributed patterns and algorithms
Databases: relational and NoSQL
Multilingual coding: Ruby plus Go and/or Rust; two languages
Basic cloud deployments: Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
