Staff Software Engineer (Ruby or Golang)

📋 Description

• Be a key contributor to the architecture of distributed apps.
• Build, extend, and fix Ruby/Go backends and microservices.
• Write clean, testable Ruby and Go code.
• Integrate storage: Postgres, S3, Redis, Kafka, ClickHouse.
• Provide code reviews and technical leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building scalable distributed backends.
• Strong knowledge of distributed patterns/algorithms.
• DBs, caches, brokers, and monitoring experience.
• Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD; AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Ruby plus at least one other language (Go/Rust).
• BS/MS in CS/Engineering; 7+ years exp.
