Staff Software Engineer - Showcase Platform (Ruby/Rails)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Showcase in Ruby on Rails.
• Define technical direction for Showcase initiatives and experiences.
• Build instrumentation, analytics, and monitoring for product-led growth.
• Partner with Product and Eng to translate roadmaps into scalable work.
• Improve reliability and reduce friction across UI, backend, and data.
• Lead with technical influence, mentoring, and architecture guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and evolving complex software at staff level.
• Deep Rails expertise (5+ yrs) in production systems.
• Experience with relational data models and Rails apps.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and set direction.
• Experience delivering internal and stakeholder-facing product experiences.
• Strong product and systems thinking across UX, reliability, and experiments.
