📋 Description

• Design, build, and test Gusto core products
• Mentor other engineers to solve hard problems at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience building scalable solutions that eliminate customer pain and create memorable experiences
• Experience leveraging AI tools/systems to accelerate development, testing, and product capabilities
• Curiosity with emerging AI frameworks; apply and share best practices to scale AI safely
• Experience owning multi-quarter projects solving complex engineering problems at scale
• Experience with large-scale refactors, performance and reliability improvements; strong ownership
