📋 Description

• Join Waymo's Architecture & ML Integration (AMI) team in SIML to advance ML-first onboard
• Lead architecture and infrastructure for onboard model consolidation across subsystems.
• Design an onboard framework for flexible model integration and inference in onboard and simulation
• Align model data generation from training to inference.
• Develop simulation solutions for robust testing and developer experience.
• Collaborate with model teams to productionize unified models.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development on large-scale products.
• Extensive experience with high-performance C++ for mission-critical systems or ML inference.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional engineering projects as a technical lead.
• Deep understanding of ML deployment, inference frameworks, and tooling.
• Strong communication/collaboration with cross-org partner teams.
