You will lead as TLM of the Event Insights sub-team, starting with a 3-5 person team to work on
Own clustering, storage & APIs, low latency orchestration, and visualization to deliver event
Collaborate with metrics, AI deployments, SRE, infrastructure, UI, and product teams to ensure
Drive initiatives for 100x growth, faster time-to-first-detection, and broader metric coverage in
Communicate clearly across teams and with stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience (or quantitative PhD with 2+ years)
C++ proficiency
Python familiarity
SQL familiarity
Strong verbal and written communication
Passion for autonomous driving, simulation, and evaluation

Salary Range: $238,000 — $302,000 USD
