📋 Description

• Technical leadership & strategy: set tech direction for the post-trade data stream.
• Data Architecture: design and optimize near real-time and historical post-trade data.
• Strategic initiatives: drive data projects, including StarRocks integration.
• Feature development: build Gemini platform features with a small team.
• Code quality & security: review code, refactor, and improve security.
• Testing & operations: automate tests, monitor, and maintain the data pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years as software engineer; proven tech lead or architect.
• Language Proficiency: backend in Scala/C++, frontend TypeScript; willing to learn.
• Data Engineering: hands-on with big data; Flink and Spark.
• Execution & Collaboration: cross-functional work; manage dependencies.
• Mindset: customer/product-focused; balance speed, quality.
• Preferred: finance/crypto domain and StarRocks/OLAP analytics.
