• Contribute to the group's technical strategy and investments.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience across multiple teams.
• Ability to drive ambiguous, cross-cutting problems to resolution.
• Deep experience designing/operating large-scale backend systems.
• Strong collaboration; raises the bar for engineers and partners with ICs/managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
