Staff Software Engineer - UI Platform

📋 Description

• Define, own, and drive the architectural vision and technical roadmap for a major UI platform
• Serve as the definitive design reviewer for high-impact proposals and cross-team interface
• Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve technical ambiguity for initiatives spanning multiple
• Shape a culture of continuous learning by sharing knowledge, mentoring Senior Engineers, and
• Empower developers by building reusable components and robust design patterns for world-ready UIs
• Be a hands-on contributor, ensuring technical quality of the platform's most complex components.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Expertise in software architecture, with strong development background in Java, Python, or C++
• Significant experience with frameworks such as Spring, React.js, or Node.js
• Strong grasp of software engineering design, principles, and practices
• Excellent communication skills
• U.S. soil status (must be on U.S. soil as defined in FAR 2.101)
