📋 Description

• Setting technical direction for the Kyber platform, making architectural decisions for the systems
• Write and review code hands-on and with AI coding agents, establishing and demonstrating standards
• Partner with Infrastructure, Product, Security, and Design to translate cross-organizational
• Advance the capabilities for Product Managers, Designers, and other non-technical builders to build

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of industry experience, ideally within fast-paced environments, with a track record of
• Broad full-stack engineering capability, with the confidence to work across backend, frontend
• Proven experience building customer-facing products from zero to one, contributing to product
• End-to-end product ownership, with experience iterating on launched products, responding to
• Strong architectural design skills, including high-scale distributed services, well-designed APIs
• Sound technical judgment, with the ability to balance speed of delivery, experimentation

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $212,000 — $265,000 USD
