📋 Description

• Set technical direction for high-scale user-profile systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in professional software engineering, with backend or distributed systems at scale.
• Proven technical leadership on multi-team initiatives from definition to production operation.
• Deep experience with high-scale data ingestion, processing, and streaming architectures.
• Strong Java or similar backend language skills; solid distributed-systems fundamentals.
• Track record of architectural decisions, risk identification, and balancing short-term needs with
