📋 Description

• Own performance across the whole video creation lifecycle
• Define performance metrics and SLAs for Video
• Build telemetry, tracing, dashboards, and alerting
• Build profiling and benchmarking tooling
• Ship measurable improvements to latency, frame stability, memory, and battery life
• Work with cross-functional teams on performance optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience making real systems measurably faster
• Comfortable moving between product code, backend services, and native layers
• Built performance tooling like profilers, tracing, benchmarking harnesses
• Skill in defining meaningful metrics and analyzing telemetry at scale
• Deep understanding of concurrency, memory behavior, and CPU/GPU cost models
• Ability to prioritize by user impact and lead performance work across teams
