🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 8+ years of non-internship, full-time professional software engineering experience
• Professional experience with at least one of the languages or frameworks we use: TypeScript, Go
• Experience as the technical lead for a project spanning multiple engineers or teams, from technical
• Professional experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) in your day-to-day
• Experience setting technical direction across multiple teams in a 0-to-1 or rapid-growth environment
