📋 Description

• Translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps with PMs and architects.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with Product, Design, QA.
• Lead design and implementation of new features from conception to deployment.
• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers; guide technical design reviews.
• Raise standards with code, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create/maintain high-quality docs; foster knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building Windows features with C++, C#, .NET.
• Deep Windows OS expertise: design, performance, security.
• Win32 API, IPC, Windows services, and secure credentials handling.
• Agile environments; CI/CD and automated testing.
• Excellent communicator; influence direction; AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
