• Design, implement, optimize, and operate Pinterest's data control plane – Workflow platform, Data
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partner teams across the organization to design technologies that
• Lead complex technical projects and initiatives driving them from architecture through execution
• Lead the team to strengthen reliability and performance
• Shape the long-term technical direction for scalable, reliable, and modernized data control planes
• Lead the team's product direction to be AI native

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience designing, building, operating large-scale production
• Strong experience designing and maintaining infrastructure platforms
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence architecture across teams
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a drive for technical
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
