Staff Software Engineer, Workshop Management

📋 Description

• Hybrid role reporting to an Engineering Manager
• Work across team boundaries with PM/UX/legal/ops
• Lead initiatives and drive to completion
• Set and align the team's technical roadmap
• Maintain engineering best practices
• Focus on workshop maintenance and uptime software

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS or equivalent
• 6+ years backend experience (C++, Spanner)
• 6+ years frontend experience (Angular, JavaScript, React)
• Experience with 3rd party integrations and public APIs
• TL or leadership skills
• Experience in product development lifecycle
