• Drive strategy and technical implementation of complex safety triage workflows, applying advanced
• Serve as SME for human-in-the-loop ML systems in safety; define/refine requirements for
• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy ML and Gen-AI models and tools to improve
• Leverage AI-powered insights and triage signals to identify on-road issue trends and risk

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or 7+ years of experience in AV Software Quality Operations / ML Operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, technical projects across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and
• Experience across ML lifecycle: data preparation, training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• Experience with ML testing/validation: dataset QA, bias detection, edge-case testing, performance
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and proprietary tools; strong knowledge of driving rules and
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
