Staff Solution Designer

📋 Description

• Partner with Strategic Finance stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering efforts.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows
• Perform impact assessments, gap analyses, and feasibility evaluations across complex finance
• Ensure proposed solutions align with organizational goals, user experience needs, and enterprise
• Support end-to-end delivery of finance technology initiatives from concept through deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Enterprise
• Experience with planning, forecasting, workforce planning, accounting, or enterprise finance
• Strong ability to transform business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user
• Experience with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence at multiple levels

• Base pay range: $146,200 - $255,900
