Staff Solutions Architect (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Work with top customers and cross-functional teams to accelerate container and AI journeys.
• Gather customer technical and business goals and challenges.
• Create and manage engagement plans across products to hit goals.
• Oversee rapid prototyping engagements to validate product fit.
• Create and deliver custom demos and content for customer use cases.
• Deliver enablement content for developers to executives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in enterprises.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing customer relationships at technical and business levels.
• Experience presenting solutions and demos to audiences virtually and in person.
• Experience interfacing with internal product teams to improve enablement and features.
• Experience developing application code and understanding developers' daily challenges.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, and DevOps, including Docker.
• Must be fluent in English; willing to travel up to 50% internationally.
