📋 Description

• Help prospects understand if their application is suitable for Temporal
• Explain technical benefits and drawbacks of Temporal platform and cloud service
• Position Temporal against alternative technologies or patterns
• Create conditions in customer engineering teams to expand production apps with Temporal
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute an overall account plan
• Own the relationship with customer technical decision-makers; travel 25-50%

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent technical communication skills (presenting, whiteboarding, writing)
• Comfortable discussing distributed systems, design decisions, and best practices
• Construct prototypes and guidance using Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, or PHP
• Conversant in operating production apps: security, reliability, performance, and costs
• Able to offer advice on architectural topics like application patterns and platform architectures
• Comfortable with at least one major cloud provider and related services for app development and production

🎁 Benefits

• The estimated pay range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000.
• Base salary and variable role with a 70/30 split.
• Eligible for Temporal's equity plan.
