Staff Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as technical architect for key enterprise deals, owning the full pre-sales cycle.
• Own peer-level CIO/CISO/VP Eng relationships; HR not the primary champion.
• Build ROI narratives and CFO/COO language for business buyers.
• Anticipate integration, security, and platform feasibility; provide tradeoffs.
• Define reusable SE assets — blueprint libraries, demo archetypes, integration catalogs.
• Lead AI and automation strategy; embed successful practices across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
• Active CIO/CISO/VP Eng relationships; IT/Finance-led deals closed.
• Deep fluency across HRIS, LMS, SSO, and API integrations.
• Expert knowledge of security posture, data residency, and frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Ability to build ROI narratives for CFO/COO audiences.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Make, Python prototyping) to accelerate demos.
