📋 Description

Support field sales in helping customers understand Kong API/AI platform.
Conduct discovery conversations to map customer needs to Kong solutions.
Support POCs with technical validation and stakeholder alignment.
Ensure customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.
Collaborate with support, product, and engineering to advocate for customers.
Create technical docs for DevOps, implementations, and services.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in software or solutions engineering at SaaS/enterprise software.
Proven track record owning complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native platforms.
Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, CI/CD, and API security (OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS).
Hands-on AI-assisted development tooling — Claude Code, Copilot, Codex, or equivalent.
Knowledge of AI/LLM architectures, including MCP, model routing, rate limiting, and semantic caching.
