📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy for AlertMedia's largest enterprise deals.
• Lead solution design and alignment across the sales cycle.
• Deliver executive demos and lead PoCs for complex environments.
• Mentor the Solutions Engineering team and drive best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Eng, CS, and customers.
• Explain complex tech in business terms to win approvals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering for enterprise SaaS.
• Proven success in complex enterprise sales with Fortune 1000s.
• Experience partnering with Enterprise AEs on strategic opportunities.
• Discovery, solution design, PoCs, and EA discussions.
• Deep expertise designing enterprise SaaS architectures with REST APIs, OAuth, SAML, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex API/integration challenges.
