Staff Solutions Engineer (India)

📋 Description

• Enable and co-sell with Docker's channel partner ecosystem in India.
• Run partner workshops and enablement sessions to build partner SE capability.
• Support partner-led opportunities with architectural depth and PoC support.
• Develop and maintain partner-ready assets: demos, reference architectures, decks.
• Build relationships with SI, IT services, and reseller contacts in India.
• Support pipeline development across direct and partner-sourced opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer or similar.
• Familiarity with AI security/governance or secure supply chain.
• Solid understanding of containers, DevOps, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Comfortable with enterprise customer and developer community contexts.
• Strong communication and influencing across tech and business teams.
• Experience with partner/channel selling motions and enablement programs.
