📋 Description

• Partner with sales to provide technical expertise on strategic opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery, demos, and POCs for large evaluations.
• Mentor SEs and shape team-wide discovery and POC practices.
• Partner with Product to influence the roadmap from field patterns.
• Represent SE in executive-level customer conversations.
• Transition trials into customers with post-sales support.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in pre-sales BI or Solutions Eng roles.
• Deep data stack: Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, dbt.
• Leading technical discovery, demos, and POCs with executives.
• Mentoring SEs and shaping team-wide practices.
• Strong SQL for analytics.
• Excellent communication across technical and exec audiences.
• BI tools experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Sisense).
