Staff/Sr. Staff Electrical Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Define, develop, and support ATE test solutions for Silicon Photonics products.
• Pre-silicon: define features, develop test plans, identify coverage gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug failures and drive test correlation.
• Partner with OSAT/test vendors to develop ATE software and hardware.
• Drive yield, coverage, and cost improvements with manufacturing partners.
• Lead wafer and package test activities with foundries and assembly houses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years ATE test development with Advantest V93000 or Teradyne.
• Proficient in Python or Java.
• Experience releasing ATE test programs to OSAT.
• Strong data analysis skills: Excel, JMP, etc.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
