Staff/Sr Staff Technical Program Manager, Hardware Systems

📋 Description

• Drive program execution across Lightmatter's Hardware Systems team
• Manage schedules, resource planning, and cross-functional alignment
• Oversee full hardware Dev lifecycle from design to production
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/CMs
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to leadership
• Hands-on TPM role in fast-moving, evolving environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years PM experience in hardware engineering
• Proven track record managing concurrent hardware programs
• Deep hardware development knowledge: PCBA, enclosures, fabrication
• Experience with contract manufacturers, ODMs, BOM management
• Skilled in MS Project/Jira/Smartsheet or similar
