Staff/Sr Staff Technical Program Manager, Hardware Systems

📋 Description

• Own and coordinate HW Systems programs across design to production.
• Drive schedules, resource planning, and cross-functional alignment with internal and external teams.
• Manage hardware development lifecycle dependencies, from design through production.
• Interface with contract manufacturers, PCB/fabrication vendors, and suppliers to keep programs on
• Represent HW Systems in program reviews and planning cadences; communicate schedule and material
• Balance evolving requirements with process maturity in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hardware program management experience (electrical and mechanical).
• Proven track record managing concurrent hardware programs with shared resources.
• Deep familiarity with PCBA, mechanical enclosures, PCB fabrication, bring-up, EVT/DVT/PVT, and
• Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers (CMs) and ODMs.
• Hands-on with material flow, BOM management, and schedule communication with engineers and vendors.
