📋 Description

• Lead reliability initiatives across Ads domains (serving, auctions, targeting, billing).
• Partner with leadership to boost reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Drive architecture reviews and influence decisions on revenue systems.
• Design and build platforms, tooling to improve reliability and productivity.
• Participate in on-call rotations; coordinate cross-functional response.
• Identify systemic reliability risks and drive long-term resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in SRE/Infra or similar for large distributed systems.
• Strong experience supporting high-traffic, user-facing production environments.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, Linux, cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing highly available systems with strong operational practices.
• Strong understanding of observability with metrics, logging, tracing, alerts.
• Good programming skills in Go or Python.
