Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead global CM management across US, China, and Vietnam.
• Drive international NPI and transfer for precision medical devices.
• Own post-launch production processes, capacity and cost impacts.
• Perform audits and line balance during critical launches.
• Oversee tooling, fixtures and revision control across CM sites.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Eng; MS preferred.
• 7+ years in supplier/manufacturing/industrialization for regulated electromechanical systems.
• 3+ years overseeing international contract manufacturers and vendors.
• NPI lifecycle experience from EVT to high-volume production.
• Regulatory/Quality: FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, PPAP, PFMEA.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%; Mandarin proficiency advantageous.
