Staff System Engineer, BizTech

📋 Description

• Architect and build digital channel engagement solutions (chat, routing) integrated with CRM.
• Act as SME on digital engagement tech (Salesforce Digital Engagement, CTI, APIs).
• Partner with Product/Support/Trust to create a multi-year roadmap.
• Lead design reviews and embed engineering best practices end-to-end.
• Drive lifecycle from PoC to launch with engagement metrics.
• Mentor engineers and be the go-to technical guide across CRM org.
• Contribute to recruiting through interviews and shaping team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering with digital engagement platforms.
• Strong coding and architecture for large-scale, high-availability systems.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms via APIs and CTI/telephony.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into scalable designs and roadmaps.
• Technical leadership: set direction and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed org with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with engineering, product, and business leaders.
