Staff System Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Work on OS kernel and device driver software in C/C++/Python
• Design, implement, test and document kernel drivers and driver libraries
• Collaborate with drivers, utilities, hardware teams and architects
• Hands-on development across kernel space and user space
• Contribute to cutting-edge Graphcore IPU software stack
• Participate in agile scrum with hardware and software partners

🎯 Requirements

• Proven OS kernel and device driver software development experience
• Experience in Linux or Windows systems
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python; knowledge of CUDA or OpenCL
• Familiarity with PCIe, SoC, firmware and hardware/software integration
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with multinational teams
• Hands-on during key product development phases with hardware and silicon teams
