Staff System Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Build test strategy for Graphcore system software releases
• Shape integration and system testing across firmware, BMC, Linux drivers
• Design, build, automate and report tests for server-class systems
• Develop reusable tools, pipelines and packaging to speed releases
• Own hard technical areas and guide best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Low-level system testing across complex software/hardware
• RTOS, boot logic, Linux and device drivers
• Test development with Python and C/C++
• Experience with hardware, debuggers, CI/CD and build/integration tools
• Debug cross-layer issues and drive root-cause investigations
• Clear communication; mentor engineers and document decisions
