🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of systems engineering or technical lead roles in deep-tech.
• Breadth across electrical, thermal, software, and electrochemical hardware.
• Track record managing hardware requirements from concept to validation and scale-up.
• Mastery of requirements management, boundary diagramming, interface controls, and DFMEA.
• Strong collaborative leadership for cross-functional alignment.
• Intellectual curiosity and pragmatic problem-solving in complex tech.
