Staff Systems Engineer, Oracle EBS, Accounting

📋 Description

• Oracle EBS Financials SME across GL, AP, CM, FA and integrations.
• Lead design, configuration, and improvements across accounting processes.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to improve analytics, documentation, and efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end Oracle EBS integrations with external apps and cloud systems.
• Partner with Accounting to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Define ERP roadmap with product owners and leaders, aligning tech with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Systems, Engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• 12+ years implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS in large enterprises.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Financials: GL, AP, CM, FA, SLA, and controls.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is a plus.
• Ability to use AI responsibly with security, privacy, governance, and validation.
• SOX controls, audit readiness, and ERP change management knowledge.
