Staff TDI Site Reliability Engineer, Okta Federal

📋 Description

• Operate and maintain enterprise grade solutions within air-gapped environments.
• Build, run, and monitor dev tools, pipelines, and infra with security-first mindset.
• Operate autonomously within secure facilities.
• Maintain SLOs/SLIs for workloads without external monitoring or SaaS.
• Own runbooks and incident response for limited escalation paths.
• Support POA&M remediation and annual Authority to Operate.
• Support mission-critical services used by product teams.
• Deliver excellent internal service and advocate for SRE/DevOps across teams.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines offline.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as SRE/DevOps/Cloud Automation or Systems Engineer with large-scale infra delivery.
• Experience with container orchestration and runtimes (EKS, ECS Fargate).
• Terraform automation and Python tooling; secure SDLC practices.
• Monitoring with Splunk, CloudWatch, and Grafana.
• Networking: BGP; IPsec; AWS VPCs, TGWs, VPC endpoints.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
