📋 Description

• Triage and prioritize enablement requests from cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain high-fidelity lab sandbox topologies
• Create enablement assets: guides, diagrams, rubrics, runbooks
• Produce technical collateral for AI-assisted content generation
• Deliver bootcamps, office hours, and architecture deep dives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in system/network engineering or cloud architecture
• Experience replicating complex topologies in lab environments
• Strong enterprise networking/security concepts
• Cross-functional partnering skills (PS, TSM, Support, DevOps)
• Experience authoring technical enablement assets
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
