📋 Description

• Design and drive innovative solutions for the new ServiceNow SOM system by defining and managing
• Gather and prioritize requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and milestones
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success and iterate based on
• Drive future product roadmap using insights from performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 8+ years of software product management experience, including go-to-market experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
• ServiceNow platform experience and technical certifications preferred
• Strong technical background in sales core systems and understanding of bordering systems
• Strong background in designing AI and platform-based solutions
