Staff Technical Product & Program Manager, Security

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product, software, hardware, and security teams to define security features.
• Engage with suppliers and partners to align on cybersecurity features.
• Develop high-level security roadmaps and document cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead security integration across product development stages.
• Define KPIs and report product and security risks transparently.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Technical Product/Program/PM roles in automotive/AV with cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in STEM or equivalent.
• Proven experience building product strategies, roadmaps, and large programs.
• Strong communication and leadership to influence cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience directing product development.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling product programs in security-focused environments.
• Strong knowledge of auto industry security standards and ISO21434.
• Proven ability to lead broad organizational changes.
• Excellent communication to explain security concepts in a product context.
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
