Staff Technical Product & Program Manager, Security

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product teams to define security features and use cases.
• Engage suppliers and partners to align on cybersecurity features.
• Develop high-level security roadmaps and cross-functional plans.
• Lead security integration across hardware, software, and services.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to product and security risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Technical Product, Program, or PM roles; automotive/AV and cybersecurity preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience building product strategies and leading large programs.
• Strong communication and leadership; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience directing product development.
• Experience scaling product programs in security-focused environments.
• Strong knowledge of auto security standards (ISO21434).
• Ability to lead broad organizational changes.
• Excellent communication; explain security concepts across stakeholders.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications.
