Staff Technical Product & Program Manager, Security

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product teams to define security features, assess risks, and prioritize initiatives.
• Engage with suppliers and partners to define cybersecurity features and ensure delivery.
• Develop high level security roadmaps and plans showing dependencies and critical paths.
• Lead security integration through governance and risk management across hardware to apps.
• Monitor and report KPIs on product and security risks for data driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical product or program management roles; automotive AV domain and cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Bachelor or Master degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience building product strategies, use cases, and large scale programs with hardware software integration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with cross functional collaboration.
• Hands on experience participating and directing product development.
