📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional technical programs across the Insurance platform from discovery to delivery
• Drive end-to-end cross-team programs to reduce costs and manual workflow inefficiencies
• Establish repeatable playbooks, tooling, and improvements for cyclical challenges
• Lead data rearchitecture initiatives, modernizing data systems and observability
• Spearhead financial remediation programs across R&D, delivering YoY improvements
• Collaborate with Insurance leadership to balance priorities and align on roadmaps
