Hands-on engineering experience in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or tech.
Experience integrating complex, multi-domain systems.
Experience presenting to executive leadership.
Familiarity with agile software and waterfall hardware lifecycles.
Exceptional interpersonal skills; build deep trust.
Mastery of TPM toolbox: roadmaps, burndown, Jira, workshops.
