Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Be the first TPM in Sunnyvale; set up PM structure and rhythms for a new site.
• Lead ML ops and perception programs spanning data pipelines and model pipelines.
• Own program execution for perception teams and integrate into the robot stack.
• Interface with a key AI partner; translate needs into execution plans.
• Set strategic direction; align execs and engineering leadership.
• Scale the TPM function as the Sunnyvale team grows.

🎯 Requirements

• MLOps & ML Infrastructure program leadership across data, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Perception systems experience (computer vision, sensor fusion, state estimation).
• Partner & external stakeholder management; manage joint roadmaps.
• Hands-on technical partnership; engage with eng/research on architecture decisions.
• System-level product development leadership across hardware+software.
• Education: Bachelor's in engineering/science and 10+ years in technical program mgmt or engineering
