Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Agent Platform MVP to a fully productized, self-serve platform.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Data Science, and Product to ship AI agents.
• Own the Agent Platform roadmap across foundations, governance, and adoption.
• Define operating model for ownership, on-call, and production readiness.
• Build transparent reporting on platform status, risk, and adoption to leadership.
• Mentor teams and codify best practices for AI platform program management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager or related.
• Track record delivering complex, multi-year initiatives across teams.
• Strong understanding of AI/agent infrastructure (LLM serving, harnesses, evals, observability, MCP).
• Entrepreneurial leadership to build programs from the ground up.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; able to mitigate risk.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and stakeholders.
