Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own and drive programs of large cross-org scope, spanning multiple teams and multiple product and
• Develop and implement the frameworks and methods that support program goals and successful outcomes
• Structure and lead continuous and/or time-bound initiatives with cross-team dependencies by
• Serve as the overall program owner, working closely with team members to guide and coach them
• Be the program's voice to leadership, partners, and stakeholders, maintaining overall alignment; be
• Anticipate and mitigate risk by maintaining close involvement with team goals and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience, with a demonstrated track record operating at
• Demonstrable experience navigating interdependencies affecting complex, cross-organizational
• Experience driving programs end-to-end, from inception through General Availability and
• Broad systemic understanding across technical disciplines, with solid technical understanding of
• Experience interacting with leadership at all levels to strategize, advise, and build strong
• Experience mentoring and coaching less senior TPMs.
