📋 Description

• Define roadmap to double developer productivity across Duolingo; align eng, product, data science.
• Lead org change management; align teams with execs and ICs; implement new processes/tools.
• Partner with DevAmp leads to accelerate productivity via AI tooling; set goals and measure impact.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data science, QA, and leadership for strategy-execution alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a TPM, Engineering Lead, or Engineering Manager.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical transformation programs with measurable impact.
• Strong executive presence in a matrix environment; align priorities and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Deep technical credibility; challenge architectural assumptions and earn trust.
• Build and implement detailed plans accounting for ambiguity and dependencies; re-plan quickly.
