🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering leadership.
Software development background with programming language proficiency and the ability to
Extensive experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) and a strong
Expert-level knowledge of API-first products, exposure to MCP, authz/authn, and modern application
Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical rollouts across multiple business
