📋 Description

• Lead the department's planning OS: OKR cycles, roadmaps, reviews.
• Own end-to-end cross-functional projects from inception to launch.
• Partner with VPs of Product and Engineering to align work.
• Drive AI-native transformation across workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and design to ensure accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Technical fluency with Jira, Confluence, Linear; Claude and Cursor AI agents.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fearless AI-native operator who automates with AI.
• Outstanding communicator with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience influencing system designs and roadmaps.
