Staff Technical Program Manager - Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Lead planning with Eng leads and PMs for strategic and delivery planning
• Understand technical solution; facilitate discussions with Eng teams
• Deliver large cross-functional programs with high complexity
• Manage technical dependencies across Groups and Supergroups
• Drive delivery, unblock teams, manage risks and issues
• Track progress with processes and regular cadences

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years delivery experience in SaaS
• Experience shipping complex multi-stakeholder programs
• Lead programs with evolving scope, incl AI shifts
• Manage dependencies, navigate ambiguity, unblock teams
• Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, developer workflows
• Experience with developer tooling: code review automation, IDE integrations, CLI tools
